Amarel Ltd. began its professional business rout in the implementation field. Its main activity in primary years focused on comprehensive long term projects for central players in Israel’s security industry. The implementation and instruction department continues the same professional rout resumed in yearly years, specializing in leading implementation processes of complex systems for clients in Israel and abroad.

 

The departments’ activity is based upon vast professional experience, and upon unique work methodologies and perceptions developed throughout the years, including, inter alia: characterization and requirements definition processes, required qualifications and skills analysis, task definitions, system learning and adjusting them for customers’ needs (customization), production of classical and innovation instruction and guidance products, and providing professional feedback for development processes.

Customers Service

In recent years the department began operating a professional designated support center used continuously for products after the stages of purchase and implementation. The center is a single customer’s connecting link who handles customers’ relations to scattered professional authorities of the manufacturer: development and production, acquisition and supply, maintenance, upgrades, quality control and more.
